The staff were friendly and welcoming, ensuring that all our needs were met. The location was perfect for us as it was just a short walk to the shops, restaurants, and the beach. The highlight for us was the pool, which was right outside our door. It provided endless fun and relaxation for both the adults and kids. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby area and taking part in activities such as golfing and catching the ski shuttle. it was a great value for money and a wonderful experience as a family.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel could provide a small play area or kids' club for the children.

I stayed at Agung in Sanur and it was a convenient choice for us as it was close to Sanur Harbour for our boat to Nusa Penida. The room we stayed in, a ground floor room for 3 people, was surprisingly cleaner than we expected. The highlight was the nice swimming pool located near the beach. The best part was that we were able to check out later with a half price discount, which was very helpful. it offered good value for the cheap price.

I recently stayed at Sanur Agung Hotel for a short trip to Bali. The location was perfect for my travel purpose as it was conveniently close to the port for the boat crossing. The pool was also a great highlight of the hotel, offering a nice spot to relax and unwind. one of the reception staff members was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel's proximity to the airport and central area was also a plus.

We had a pleasant one-night stay at the Sanur Agung Hotel. The location was convenient, as it was within walking distance of the harbor for boat trips to the Gilis and Nusa Penida. The staff were friendly and the room was clean, with a comfortable bed and a working AC. We enjoyed the quiet and relaxing pool after a day of exploring Sanur. There were also many restaurants nearby, and we highly recommend the Carla SPA Sanur. we had a great value for money experience.

It is a nice, well designed hotel. Nice pool, staff very helpful, allowed us leave our bags at Reception as our flight had been delayed.

A bit far away from main streets, restaurants etc. The shower curtain that was in our room could do with being cleaned or replaced.

you can also visit barista coffee house that offers excellent meals. location was within 15 min walking distance to black sand beach. it is adjacent to the airport. perfect place for a city trip in sanur.

During my business trip, I enjoyed the comfortable bed and clean towels provided daily. The hotel's location was perfect for me as it was close to the airport and central area. the breakfast offered was satisfying, and the pool was a great place to relax after a long day of work.

I was disappointed by the poor service provided by some staff members. The noise from the motorway and nearby nightclubs made it hard to sleep at night, impacting my productivity during the day.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was excellent. It was conveniently situated near the harbor, making it easy for me to catch a boat to the nearby islands. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to assist me. Additionally, the room I stayed in was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Lastly, the pool was clean and spacious, providing the perfect relaxation spot after a long day of exploring. this hotel provided great value for money with its excellent amenities and convenient location.

Everything about my stay was absolutely fine.

Receptionist was very helpful. I was having difficulty contacting Air Canada (i Jakarta) via my mobile and she assisted and tried calling on the land line. It was greatly appreciated.

Spent my Xmas here. Amazing location, just a few steps from the beach. , the hotel offered a shuttle service to the nearby night market, making it convenient for us to try different local delicacies. The pool was well-maintained, and we enjoyed our time here.

The room was quite small and the AC was not working very well, making it a bit uncomfortable at night. , the main road was quite noisy, so we could hear the traffic even with the windows closed.

The staff was extremely nice and helped out with anything from directing us to local transport to looking after our kids during breakfast. The hotel is nicely decorated and the swimming pool was perfect for the kids with a shallow part.

The room we stayed in was a little small and probably more suitable for a couple than for a family (however, we knew this when we booked so it was no suprise). When we checked out they recalculated the price from USD to rupiah at a very bad exchange rate. They were willing to correct this after we pointed it out though, and it was no big deal in the end.
